Do you have set prices for your limousine transfers?

No and yes. The price for all of our limousine transfers, are calculated on the expected travelling time, distance travelled and number of passengers. We welcome you to contact us regarding your specific limousine transfer requirements.

Please note: For the purposes of Mission Beach transfers only, we do allow time to pick-up ‘Click and Collect’ grocery or beverage orders, but if the stops are numerous or time consuming, then there might be extra charges.

Do you cater to corporate / business passengers?

Yes we do. Paradise Limousines Port Douglas has an array of business and corporate clients, to whom we provide frequent and repeat limousine transfer services. If your transfer is a business one, please contact us regarding best payment methods.

Can you accommodate families with infants and small children?

Yes we can. After getting off a flight or arranging a local tour, the last thing you want to do is be on a shuttle or bus. Call us and book our family friendly limousine transfer service. We can provide and include child seats to accommodate children aged 0-8 years of age.

What is the maximum / minimum number of passengers?

Our limousine transfer services can be booked for a minimum of 1 and maximum of 7 passengers per vehicle. We have three Mercedes-Benz luxury vehicles in our fleet, so if you have a larger group then we can combine the vehicles to accommodate a maximum of 17 guests, across the three vehicles.

What vehicles do you use for your limousine transfers?

We choose the best vehicle to suit your party and requirements. We have three Mercedes-Benz. Two light silver vehicles, with reclining Captain’s Chairs and three individual leather seats in the back. While our Mercedes-Benz GLE SUV completes our fleet, providing an elegant and dynamic vehicle to get you where you need to be, in luxurious comfort and style.

Does your luxury transfer services operate 24/7?

Yes, our luxury Cairns to Port Douglas and beyond transfer services can be booked to take place at most hours. However, please note enquiries are only attended and responded to during business hours. If you contact us after hours, please leave a message and we will respond to your enquiry, during business hours.

Do you provide a refreshment service as a part of your transfer?

Yes, we can. Please note this is an additional cost, to the actual transfer itself. This would need to be pre-arranged so you can provide advice on your individual preferences.

Can we stop and collect groceries and/or drinks on the way to our destination?

In most instances, no. However this can be accommodated on the Mission Bech transfers by prior arrangement. In this instance, we can allow time to pick-up ‘Click and Collect’ grocery or beverage orders, but if the stops are numerous or time consuming, then there might be extra charges involved.

Do your limousine touring services operate 24/7?

No. We only provide limousine touring services during ‘usual’ business hours. The earliest departure time for tours is 8.30am. The latest completion time for tours is 5.30pm.

Please Note: Enquiries are only attended and responded to during business hours. If you contact us after hours, please leave a message and we will respond to your enquiry, during business hours.

Do you provide a refreshment service as a part of the limousine touring service?
